Pakistani colts leave for HK on Dec 12 to feature in Asian Netball C’ship

Karachi: Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) on Thursday announced Pakistan Junior Girls Netball team for the participation in 9th Asian Junior Girls Netball Championship 2015, which will be held in Hong Kong from December 14 to 20.

Anum Salam has been named to lead the team while Kashia Asif will be team’s vice captain.

A total of 12 teams will be seen in action during the tournament. Apart from Pakistan and host Hong Kong, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, India, Japan, Chinese Tapie, Thailand, Abu Dubai, Malaysia and Brunei will also be seen battling for top honours in the tournament. Singapore team is the defending champion.

Pakistan will be play the first matched against host Hong Kong on December 14 and its second match against Thailand on December 16.

Pakistan team will leave for Hong Kong on December 12.
