PCB asks Moin to return to Pakistan after casino visit controversy

Karachi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday announced that chief selector Moin Khan has been told to return to Pakistan and explain his casino visit.

“Moin has been told to return to Pakistan to explain his position,” PCB release said.

However, it added that the investigation so far conducted to ascertain allegations against Moin held no concrete proof. It added that the widespread allegations against the chief selector were bringing the name of Pakistan and PCB into disrepute.

The release also added that Moin has told PCB chief Shaharyar Khan that he went to the casino with his wife and a friend and his wife.

But it added following huge outcry from the public and the media, Moin has been asked to immediately return.
