PIMSAT holds Mehfil-e-Melad

KARACHI: Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology (PIMSAT) on Tuesday organized Mehfil-e-Milad in which a large number of PIMSAT students participated.

Ex-federal minister Haji Mohammad Hanif Tayyab said students should participate in Milad programs and every student interested in Naat recitation should get their Naat checked from religious scholars for correction.

“Our new generation should know the benefits of following the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad’s (Peace Be Upon Him). Students should read the Holy Qura’an and ponder over the meaning of its verses,” he said.

Haneef also highlighted different aspects of the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) and its advantages. He said in our society everyone knew about the benefits of medicine, but they did not know the benefits of Samal Fennel or black seed (kalonji) which is very helpful for our health, he added that black seed was a treatment for all diseases except death, but medical science failed to inform medical students about the the benefits of black seed.

Director General PIMSAT M A Jan on the occasion said the institute provides opportunity to organize Mehfil-e-Melad for their students.
