PM: (PM assures full support to Afghan reconciliatory process)

ISLAMABAD: Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Janan Musazai called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif here on Monday and discussed the matters pertaining to bilateral relations.

The Prime Minister, in his remarks, expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in avalanches that hit Panjshir valley of Afghanistan. The Afghan Ambassador thanked Pakistan for standing by Afghanistan in this hour of grief.

The Prime Minister assured Pakistan’s full support to Afghan reconciliatory process. He said peace in Afghanistan is vital for the progress and prosperity of the entire region. The two sides resolved to fight terrorism to eliminate the scourge from the region. They also agreed to promote bilateral trade and econoic cooperation.
