PM: (PM visits Balochistan today to inaugurate CPEC)

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to visit Balochistan today (Wednesday) to inaugurate the part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Project to be passed from Village Samizai Mandazai of Zhob District of Balochistan province.

The inauguration function has been arranged in Village Samizai Mandazai, District Zhob. The area is situated at N-50 (Quetta to Dera Ismail Khan road). It is expected that the Prime Minister, besides inaugurating the CPEC part, would also announce a developmental package for the local people of the area.

Meanwhile, welcoming the Prime Minister’s visit to the area, former Secretary Punjab Bar Council and Islamabad High Court Bar Association Malik Mohammad Hashim Khan Mandokhail advocate along with Malik Haji Ahmad Din Khan Mandokhail, Malik Mohammad Safar Mandokhail, Engineer Malik Mohammad Saleem Khan Mandokhail and Surgeon Dr Karim Khan Mandokhail said in a statement here on Tuesday that Mandokhail tribe will extend full support and cooperation to the federal government in every positive step for development of the area.

They also urged the Prime Minister to direct the FIA, NADRA and other concerned authorities of the federal as well as provincial government to declare aliens and deport to the Afgan nationals, who with the connivance of some officials of local administrations of Balochistan, particularly revenue department of Zhob district, have managed to get residential certificates and Pakistani Computerized National Identity Cards and have become Pakistani nationals.

They said various inquiries against them were pending before the FIA, whereas NADRA has declared their residential certificates and National Identity Cards as fake. They said these Afghan aliens allegedly planted and having criminal record could pose a big threat not only for the Balochistan but also for the entire country. They said these aliens were multiplying with the each passing day.
