According to a report, the Election Commission said it is already seized in the petition of Aleem Khan, and is conducting open proceedings where parties concerned are duly represented by their counsels.

It has, therefore, decided that the letter of Imran Khan may be clubbed with the same petition of Aleem Khan already fixed for hearing on January 19.
