Politics: (PTI leader strongly condemns attack on Saudi Embassy in Tehran)

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) central leader ex- Senator Dr Shahzad Waseem has strongly condemned the attack on Saudi Arabian embassy in Tehran.

This assault is a sheer violation of Vienna convention, he added. In his statement here on Tuesday, he said it’s a prime duty of every country to observe international law and its bindings to protect embassies in their land.

He argued that the present tensions between two Islamic countries will strengthen the anti-Islamic and terrorist forces. Hence it’s important that Government of Pakistan should play its role to diffuse the growing confrontation between the countries.

He said Pakistanis in Middle East are contributing to economy of their country through foreign remittance. He said, in addition, Pakistanis across the board are strongly and emotionally attached to Holy places in Saudi Arabia.
