PTI dissolves all youth organizations in FATA

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has dissolved all youth organizations in Federally Administrated Tribal Areas and announced a committee to re-organize all youth wings of the party in the tribal region.

The announcement was made by PTI Chief Organiser Fata Iqbal Afridi and Deputy Chief Organiser Dr Khalil Khan, while addressing at a news conference at press club here on Thursday.

Iqbal Afridi said that PTI youth organizations in all tribal agencies, including Frontier Region, have been dissolved due to ineffective role in resolution of youth issues and problems. He furthered said an organization committee, which will be headed by Shahid Bangash and Sajjad Mohmand, has given a task to complete re-organisation of all youth wings within three months in Fata. He said a monthly report will be submitted with Fata Chief Organiser and Deputy Chief Organiser of the party.

Mr Afridi said the youth has pivotal role in strengthening the party in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. He added the youth is strength and real force of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, which could not be neglected. He said the Fata youth has greatly inspired by the personality of PTI chief Imran Khan and the party manifesto and completely backed its policies regarding mainstreaming and development of Fata.

Dr Khalil said that the PTI organisation has gained popularity among other political parties in tribal region. He said that it was dire need of hour to re-organise the party youth wings in Fata.

For this purpose, he said all old youth wings have been dissolved and formed a new committee to re-organize the youth wings in the party.

Mr Afridi said the re-organization of youth wings would play effective role for highlighting miseries and owes of displaced tribal people, and other discrimination with them, by the federal government for the last several years.
