Quake: (7.1 magnitude quake jolts parts of country)

ISLAMABAD: An earthquake of severe intensity jolted different parts of the country including Islamabad, Peshawar and Malakand Division on Monday.

The magnitude of the earthquake was measured 7.1 on international Richter scale. According to the Met Office, its epicentre lied at China-Tajikistan border. There are no immediate reports of any casualties.
