Rally staged to pay tribute to APS Peshawar martyrs

LARKANA: The martyrs of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar were remembered by the male and female school children of Deeni Madrassah Primary School here on Tuesday. They took out a rally from their school which was joined by students of other schools. The rally after marching from various roads reached at Jinnah Bagh roundabout.

The students were holding placards and national flags in their hands and chanted slogans against terrorism and in favour of education. Students on the occasion said that terrorists attacked APS in Peshawar on 16th December, 2014 and martyred innocents little students who were busy in their studies but they are asking them (terrorists) through this rally that how many students will you assassinate?

They said that millions of children are going to schools to get education in every village, town and city of Pakistan who will fight with you and you will face your ultimate end. They said that wicked criminals attacked school which itself is their defeat due to which people of the whole country have united against terrorists and their nefarious activities due to this reason the terrorists are on the run and not finding any place to hide. In Azeem Public School here Quran Khuwani (recitation from Holy Quran) was held in memory of the martyrs of APS whereas students & teachers kept flowers on the memorial of the students who lost their lives a year ago.
