Raza, Vinod to contest tennis tourney final

Karachi: Raza Sawani and Vinod Das won their respective semifinal matches and cruised into the summit clash of men’s singles event of 3rd Indus Pharma Open National Ranking Tennis Championship here Wednesday at Karachi Club.

In the first semifinal clash, Raza thrashed Farhan Altaf registering a convincing 6-2, 6-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Vinod faced stiff resistance from his semifinal opponent Zaid Noor in the first round before recording a straight-set 7-5, 6-2 triumph.
