Redressal of various complaints by the CM Complaints Cell

Peshawar: The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Complaints and Redressal Cell have received number of complaints from the people and following were successfully redressed by the cell including one Mr. Raza Ali S/O Mohammad Saleem, R/O Tehsil & District Mansehra a regular student of Journalism of Hazara University lodged a complaint regarding non-issuance of degree.

The said complaint forwarded to Vice Chancellor Hazara University for taking necessary action. In response the Hazara University issued the requisite degree to Mr. Raza Ali. The complaint has thus been redressed satisfactorily.

Mst. Naheed Bibi D/O Kareem Khan R/O Lakki Marwat lodged a complaint with regard to removal of Mst. Nusrat Female Librarian GDC Lakki Marwat posted to Higher Education Department as Section Officer (Female) on attachment basis.

The said complaint forwarded to Secretary Higher Education for necessary action under the law. In response the Secretary Higher Education Department repatriated Mst. Nusrat Librarian to GGDC, Lakki Marwat. The complaint has thus been redressed successfully.

Mst. Asma Gul R/O Mali Khel Tehsil & District Bannu lodged a complaint against Chairman Sociology Department regarding non-issuance of Master Degree in Sociology. The said complaint was forwarded to VC University of Peshawar for necessary action and report. In response, the said degree was issued by Controller of Examination University of Peshawar. The complaint thus been resolved successfully.

Mr. Pao Noor Khattak S/O Mohammad Karim R/O House. No. 3 Sector F-1 KDA, Kohat lodged a complaint for not supplying of drinking water to his house over non-cooperation of Project Director Kohat Dev: Authority. The said complaint was forwarded to the said Project Director for necessary action and report. In response, the Project Director KDA reported that problem of the complainant has been resolved upto his entire satisfaction. The said complaint has thus been redressed satisfactorily.

M. Saad Chandia, Manager Operation MAKELSAN Pakistan Incorporation AIT Lahore lodged a complaint against Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan regarding non-payment of 10% retention money withheld for warranty period.

The said complaint was forwarded to Vice Chancellor, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan for necessary action under the law and report. In response, to our letter the Vice Chancellor Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan released the due money and paid to MAKELSAN Pakistan Incorporation AIT Lahore. The said complaint has thus been redressed successfully.
