Resolution of Kashmir issue imperative for peace: Yaqoob

Muzaffarabad: AJK President Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan has urged national and international NGOs and human rights organizations to persuade India to stop state terrorism in occupied Kashmir and resolve Kashmir dispute, which is imperative for establishing peace in the region.

He was talking to a delegation of Pakistan Council for Social Welfare and Human Rights led by its Chairman Muhammad Ijaz Noori in Rawalakot.

The President said the aggressive designs of Indian rulers are posing a potential threat to the peace of South Asia. He said International Human rights organizations should take serious notice of continued ceasefire violations by Indian forces and unprovoked firing on civilian population from  across the Line of Control.
