Safdar Abbasi announces ‘worker convention’ in Karachi

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples’ Party Workers (PPPW) president Safdar Abbasi said that they will start struggle for restoration of the real Pakistan Peoples’ Party as per the vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto from Karachi on 24th January at Karachi Press Cub.

While addressing a press conference at KPC on Wednesday he said that if Bilawal ensure accountability of those PPPP leaders who are responsible of eliminating the PPPP at district level, then the ideological activists will again join party. After the martyrdom of Benazir Bhutto a void of leadership is created in Pakistan.

He said that tension between civil and military establishment is a cause of increasing the problems. Now Pakistan doesn’t have any national level leadership. That is a cause of bad governance. It’s time to show national solidarity.

Abbasi said that we will go with ideological plan of Bhuttos and will gather all ideological workers of Bhutto on our platform. For this we will be form coordination committees on provincial and district levels and will free the all ideological workers from the clutches of a certain Wadera mind set.

He announced a worker convention in Karachi on 24th January and Hyderabad on 29th January for starting their struggle. He also announced office-bearers of his party for Karachi division. Zafar Rizvi, Rojhan Afridi, Rukhsana Latif Advocate and other leaders of PPPW were present on this occasion.
