’Say no to corruption’ walk on Sept 23

JAMSHORO: The University of Sindh Jamshoro will organize a walk on Wednesday, September 23 under the theme titled ‘say no to corruption’ in a bid to create awareness among the people regarding the evils which take place in the society by dint of corruption.

According to university spokesman Nadir Ali Mugheri, the walk under the theme titled ‘say no to corruption’ will be organized in the morning from Allama II Kazi tomb Zero Point to Arts Faculty Building in order to create wakefulness among the masses belonging to various segments of society about the ill effects of corruption.

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Abida Taherani will lead the walk wherein the Pro Vice Chancellors of the campuses, Deans of Faculties, Directors of Institutes, chairpersons of departments, faculty members, officers and students have been asked to participate in the walk in order to encourage the fair practices in the society by saying no to corruption.

The walk against the corruption is the brainchild of Advisor Bureau of Students Tutorial, Guidance/ Counselling Services & Co-Curricular Activities (STAGS) Prof Mohammad Yousif Pardesi who is organizing the walk.
