QUETTA: Jamiat Ulemae Islam was taking practical measures for gaining roots among the masses. A committee has been formed which would besides resolving problems of workers from province to unit level would also keep eye on crimes and other incidents.
These views were expressed by provincial Secretary General JUI and former Speaker Balochistan Assembly Malik Sikandar Khan Advocate in a chat Sunday.
He said Jamiat was party of people’s desires and would remain so. Visits from provincial upto unit level were underway to end non coordination between people and party workers. After Maulana Mufti Mahmood Conference a committee in the name of Samaj would be formed to resolve problems of workers and keep eyes of crimes and other incidents. He said Jamiat would spare no effort for any sacrifice for resolving problems of people. Party office bearer would reach the problem to concerned officers and seek solution.
Answering a question he said Maulana Mufti Mahmood conference to be held on Oct 23 would have impacts on the province and the country. It would yield important results. Workers have started efforts to make this one of the massive and successful conferences of the province.
