Seven men found dead in Manghopir

KARACHI: Seven bodies bearing tortured were found from the bushes near Ijtimagah Road in Manghopir early morning on Monday.

SP Orangi Town, Sajid Sadozai told media that all the bodies bore torture and bullet wounds. Their hands and feet were tied with ropes. He said that the bodies, which were found lying in the bushes, might have been dumped this morning. He said that several empty shells of 9MM pistol were also found from the scene.

The victims aged between 25, to 40, were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities, where three deceased were identified as Shoaib, Khan Saeed, and Yousuf. They belonged to Swat.

Police claimed that the killed people belonged to Tehreek-e-Taliban – Swati group. Police also claimed that all of the deceased were in contact with commander of an outlawed group, Abid Muchhar.
