Karachi: Afghanistan’s Physical Disability cricket team slipped to a 34-run defeat in their second T20 as well against Pakistan, who has now sealed the three-match T20 series by 2-0 here on Monday at National Stadium.
Pakistan batted first and scored 139-6 in 20 overs. Skipper Hasnain Alam scored 38 runs off 28 balls. Danish Ahmed made unbeaten 34 runs off 25 balls. Off spinner Abdullah grabbed three wickets.
In reply, Afghanistan lost all of their wickets scoring 105 in 19.1 overs. Opener Mohammad Ashraf top scored for the side with 47 runs off as many balls.
Left arm spinner Fayyaz Ahmed captured four wickets giving away only ten runs. Off spinner Rao Javed took three wickets for 21 runs.
The dead-rubber third T20 will be played today (Tuesday) also at National Stadium.
