Tajal Bewas remembered

Karachi: Special Assistant to CM Sindh Sharmila Faruqui has said that Tajal Bewas was a legendry poet of Sindhi and his services for the promotion of language, literature and culture would not be forgotten.

This she said while addressing a ceremony to pay tribute to Tajal Bewas, organized by Sindh culture and tourism department at National Museum here Wednesday evening.

Bewas’ poetry has left a deep impact on Sindhi literature. His experiments to use unique style of writing make him different from others.

She also said Culture and Tourism department taking all possible steps to remember the legendary artists. Such ceremonies are the best way to pay tribute to these legends.

The family members of Tajal Bewas also attend the ceremony. His son Nadeem Tajal Bewas shared unforgettable memories of his father.
