Three killed, three injured in Karachi incidents

KARACHI: Three persons were killed, and three others injured in different incidents in the metropolis on Saturday.

A five-day old body of a man, Naeemuddin, 40, son of Jameeluddin, was found from the house in Khayaban-e-Bukhari, DHA Phase No 6.

According to rescue sources, the team recovered a body of Naeemuddin from the house in Khayaban-e-Bukhari and shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.

In another incident, two unidentified men, aged about 27 and 22, were gunned down by unknown armed men near Tajuddin Baba Mazar in Old Golimar area. The bodies were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-legal formalities.

Yet in another incident, two men, Qadir, 25, son of Manzoor and Shah Azam, 22, son of Aslam, were shot and injured by unknown armed men near Shahzad Chowki, Qasba. Both injured were shifted to ASH for further treatment.

Separately, a rickshaw driver, Saami, 30, resident of Landhi area, was shot and injured by unknown robbers on resistance to robbery near Ayesha Masjid in Liaquatabad No 10 area. He was shifted to ASH for treatment.
