Three killed, two injured in Karachi violence

KARACHI: Three people were killed and two others injured in different violence incident in the city on Thursday. Three unknown armed motorcyclists opened fire on a car at Muhammadi Market in Korangi No 3 ½. Resultantly, two persons Ishtiaq and Atta-ur-Rehman were killed.

The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.

A man was found dead in Bilal Colony, Korangi. The body was brought to JPMC for a postmortem examination. The identity of the victim could not be ascertained till filing this report.

Separately, two persons were shot and injured in Old Golimar area. The injured were rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment. The identity of the injured could not be ascertained yet.
