Three wounded in firing incidents

KARACHI: Three men were shot and injured in separate firing accidents in the metropolis on Monday.

According to rescue sources, a man, Ali Hassan, aged about 35, son of Jaffar was shot and injured by unknown armed men near Khajoor Bazaar in Kharadar area. He was rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for treatment.

In another firing incident, a 41-year-old man, Mohammad Jamal, son of Iqbal, was hurt after being shot by unidentified gunmen on Maripur Road. He was also shifted to the CHK for treatment.

Separately, a teenager, Shahid Gul, aged around 18, son of Zohaib Gul, a resident of Landhi area, was injured by unidentified robbers when he offered resistance to bandits during a robbery bid near M. Nagar area in Landhi. The body was taken to Jinnah Post graduate Medical Centre JMPC for treatment
