Tribal elder passes away at age of 105 years

CHITRAL: An elder of Shahmir family, Rahmat Wali Khan passes away at Shahmirandeh of Singor village some 7 KM from here. He was 105. He was considered as the most aged person of Chitral.

He was father of Haji Mir Hakeem, Fazli Mohammad and grandfather of Engineer Ziaullah of AKPBL, Fazlullah and Hafeezullah.

The funeral prayer was offered at Shahmirandeh and the deceased was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard of Singor. The funeral prayer was attended by a large number of people belonging to all walks of life.
