WB: (WB appreciates govt policies to stabilise economy)

ISLAMABAD: World Bank (WB) has lauded Pakistan government policies to stabilise the economy and to improve growth rate. Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer World Bank Sri Mulyani Indrawati and after her arrival in Islamabad said the country now needs to sustain reforms.

During a three-day visit to Pakistan, Managing Director will meet the Pakistani leadership to update herself on the reform programme and discuss what support the World Bank can provide for it.
