We are taking measures on priority basis for development of health sector, Governor

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Sardar Mahtab Ahmed Khan has said that we are taking measures on priority basis for the development of health sector, provision of modern health and education facilities to the tribesmen to improve the public health facilities and standards of education in FATA.

He said that Government was fully committed to take the steps for the welfare of tribesmen adding that dignified repatriation and rehabilitation of tribal people would be ensured. He said that no stone would be left unturned for the development of this marginalized region and steps been taken in this regard.

He was talking to Senator Hilal ur Rehman and Member National Assembly Bilal ur Rehman from Federal Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) who called on him at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.

The FATA Parliamentarians remained with the Governor for some time and discussed matters pertaining to the well being of the people of the area. They also highlighted some of the problems which the people of the area are faced with and also put forward suggestions for their solution. They also appreciated the endeavors of Governor for the promotion of education and provision of modern health facilities in FATA.
