WFP to provide food to IDPs of North Waziristan

Islamabad: The World Food Programme will continue to provide food assistance to displaced families from North Waziristan. WFP Country Director in a statement said they are working closely with Federal and Provincial authorities and civil society to provide food to all displaced people. The statement said the WFP is distributing its standard food baskets of fortified wheat flour, pulses, vegetable oil and iodised salt as well as energy biscuits for children.
