Islamabad: Islamabad Capital Territory Police (ICTP) on Wednesday apprehended 12 outlaws including two proclaimed offenders involved in heinous crimes including liquor business and also recovered 126 bottles from their possession. According to spokesman of ICTP separate cases have been registered against the culprits and relevant police officers are probing the registered cases.
SSP Islamabad had issued directives to SHOs to enhance vigil at barricades, ensure persistent patrolling across the city, so that the anti-social elements could not have any room of striking anywhere in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). On the directions of Inspector General of Police Bani Amin Khan, SSP Islamabad Yasin Farooq had directed police officials to enhance
vigilance at exit and entry points of the ICT to avoid any untoward incident. On the directions the police in various actions arrested 12 outlaws.
CIA police inspector Muhammad Ashraf along-with team arrested two accused Arshid Mehmood and Muhammad Saleem involved in various theft activities and recovered electronic articles worth Rs. 0.6 million. CIA ASI police Muhammad Altaf Hussain along-with team on tip of arrested Raza Masih, Sameul Masih and recovered 118 bottles of wine. Police station of Margalla, sub inspector Abdur Sattar Baig on tip searched a car LHX-8881 Mehran and recovered 8 bottles of wine.
Police station of Ramna ASIs Muhammad Iqbal and Noor Elahi arrested five accused Muhammad Arif, Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Zaheer, Ghulam Shabbeer, and Naqash Ali involved in various thefts activities. Sub inspector, Abdur Raziq from the possession of Muhammad Itafaq recovered Corolla car LRL-8006, the said car was tampered. ASI of Golra police station Muhammad Ramzan recovered Corolla car IDJ-5169.
