16 SMBBMU employees regularized

Ratodero, Sindh: The service 16 computer operators (BS-12), 2 Data Processing Assistants, three electricians, one Moazin and one carpenter of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana was regularized on the directions of the Sindh High Court Circuit Court, Larkana.

In this connection the Director, Human Resources Development, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana, Dr. Ali Akbar Bhutto, issued an office order on Wednesday, September 25.

The university Syndicate passed a resolution in its 18th meeting held on 07.9.2013 which was notified on 20.9.2013 after the Sindh High Court Circuit Court, Larkana, ordered for confirmation of services of 21 computer operators on 12.9.2013 in Constitutional Petition No: 1270 of 2012 filed by Noor Mustafa & others.

Out of these 21 Computer Operators four left the job and one expired. These computer operators include Muneer Gopang, Raj Kumar, Asadullah Shaikh, Mustafa Chandio, Noor Mustafa Shaikh, Abid Agham, Faheem

Manganhar, Gada Chandio, Khalid Chinjni, Imran Soomro, Muhammad Bakhsh Tuio, Sahid Lahori, Saleem Shaikh, Asid Soomro, Azhar Shaikh and Sajjad Abbasi. Data Processing Assistants include Fayyaz Memon and Rameez Raja Manghanhar. Electricians include Muhammad Bux Khoso, Mujahid Khoso and Sajjad Khoso. Wazir Shaikh has been confirmed as Carpenter and Nazir Kumber as Moazin. They were working on contract basis since last two years and services of their juniors were confirmed because of political influence hence the computer operators knocked the doors of the Court to seek justice.

They have been adjusted against the sanctioned vacant posts of Chandka Medical College, Larkana. They have been directed to get physical fitness certificate from the Chandka Medical College Hospital.
