Action urged against looting in vehicles

KARACHI: Karachi Transport Action Committee President Mohammad Ashraf Banglori on Wednesday called for action against rising incidents of looting in passenger vehicles in Karachi.

In a statement, he asked additional inspector general of police Karachi to take notice of looting in vehicles and provide protection to citizens. He said that rising incidents of snatching in the vehicles shows police failure.

He said that situation had turned so worst that even students in the vehicles are looted. He called for taking measures to avert such incidents of looting and snatching in the city.
