AJK Govt decides to set up special police force

The AJK Government has decided to set up a special police force to provide security to tourists and facilitate them.

The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Mutahir Niaz Rana in Muzaffarabad today.

At the initial stage, the force would be deployed on three entry points Kohala, Bararkot and Azad Pattan. They would patrol entry points and tourist spots.

Moreover, CCTV Cameras would be installed at all entry points of the state.
