AJK: International community urged to give Kashmiris right to self determination

Islamabad: AJK Prime Minister Ch. Abdul Majeed has appealed the International community to give the Kashmiri people their basic right to self-determination as enshrined in the UN Charter.

Addressing the Overseas Kashmiris in New York he said that India has usurped all rights of the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

He said Indian forces are involved in violence and State terrorism on the Kashmiri people in Occupied Kashmir. Chaudhary Abdul Majeed said India is also involved in various war crimes in the occupied Kashmir and there is need to file a suit in the international war crimes tribunal against India.
