Army called for assistance of civil administration

QUETTA: Pakistan Army troops have been called for assistance of civil administration during Muharramul Haram. Army will remain present in city till Ashura Muharram to meet any situation.

It may be recalled here that in view of threats and apprehension of terrorism during Muharramul Haram Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch chaired a meeting of Ulema from various schools of thought and heads of various law enforcement agencies here Sunday. Chief Minister also visited security arrangement sin the city particularly at the imam bargahs during his visit last night. He directed for further tightening security arrangements.

He directed for calling Army to control law and order situation and providing security to people during Muharram. Army has setup its camp in the heart of City.
