BHC adjourns Bugti murder transfer case till Aug 24

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court has adjourned hearing of transfer of Nawab Bugti murder case to Islamabad till August 24. Balochistan High Court bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa heard the case here Monday.

Advocate general Shakeel Baloch, lawyer of former President Pervez Musharraf Ilyas Siddiqi appeared in the court.

Court expressed anger for not filing reply on request of Pervez Musharraf and said form June 3 till date Government has not adopted any solid stand for transfer of case to Islamabad.

Pervez Musharraf’s lawyer sought further time for filing more concrete reasons for transfer of case to Islamabad. Learned court adjourned the hearing till August 24.

Court also noticed Advocate General for filing reply form Balochistan Government.
