BHC cancels interim bail in Bugti murder case

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court cancelled interim bail granted to three accused in Bugti murder case and ordered them to approach to trial court for bail here Tuesday. According to details Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel of Balochistan High Court while disposing off petition for endorsement of interim bail granted to three accused former Balochistan chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yusuf, former Interior Minister Aftab Sherpao and former provincial Home Minister Shoaib Nausherwani ordered them to approach to trial court for bail.

Anti Terrorism Court headed by Muhammad Ismail also heard Bugti murder case here today. Court ordered Investigation Officer to submit detailed report in the headway on the orders of High Court in Nawab Bugti Murder case. Court also sought clarification from Federal and provincial governments and ordered Jam Yusuf, Aftab Sherpao and Shoaib Nausherwani to appear before the court on February 7.
