BMA Asset Management announces Interim distribution

KARACHI: BMA Asset Management Company Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that the CEO of BMA Asset Management Company Limited has recommended an interim distribution out of profit earned by BMA Asset Empress Cash Fund of Rs. 0.07 per unit (0.69% of the NAV of Rs. 10.0883 at the starting of the year) for BECF.

CEO also recommended an interim distribution out of profit earned by BMA Chundrigar Road Savings Fund of Rs. 0.045 per unit (0.56% of the NAV of Rs. 8.0184 at the starting of the year) for BECF.

The declared distributions will be paid to the unit holders in form of cash or bonus units, in accordance with the mode of receipt of distribution opted by the unit holders of BECF.

All applications for investment, redemption, transfer, conversion and pledge of units or any change received by the registrar BMA or any distributor offices at the close of business on November 27, 2013, will be treated in time for the purpose of entitlement to the transferees.
