City: 30 employees of CDA to perform ‘Hajj’ this year

Islamabad: Thirty employees of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will perform Hajj this year as authority to bear the expenses.

The computer balloting was carried out amongst more than 12000 employees here at the CDA Headquarters on Friday. The Hajj balloting ceremony was also attended by Chairman CDA, Syed Tahir Shahbaz, Members Administration, Munir Ahmed Chaudhry, Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, General Secretary, CDA Mazdoor Union (CBA) and office bearers of CDA Employees Union.

Syed Tahir Shahbaz, Chairman CDA punched the computer key for initiating Hajj Balloting. He congratulated the employees declared successful in the draw and requested those selected for the Hajj to pray for the prosperity and development of Pakistan as well as the CDA. Chairman CDA announced that next year 35 employees including two female employees of the authority would perform Hajj.

The names of the employees are: Muazam Khan, Rehman Qadir, Goher Rehman, Naseem Gul, Zakaullah, Zafar Mehmood, Rashid Mehmood, Muhammad Afraz, Shaukat Ali, Umar Daraz, Muhammad Shabbir, Maqsood Ahmed, Raz Muhammad, Bilwal Shah, Ghazanfar Hussain, Khalid Mehmood, Syed Sabir Hussain Zaidi, Muhammad Bilal Anwar, Muhammad Yasir, Tariq Mehmood, Abdul Razzaq, Abdul Rehman, Muhammad Ejaz, Khalid Hussain, Sadiq Hussain, Khurshid Alam, Abid Umar, Muhammad Abbas, Syed Yasar Abbas Yasar and a one female employee named Yasmin Ismail.
