CM approves giving Ghundu Police Post in district Mardan

Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has approved giving Ghundu Police Post in district Mardan status of full-fledged police station and 26 new posts from 1st February 2013 for the police station in this connection. The police station will name as Baizai police Station.

The newly approved posts for the police station included one post each of Inspector BP16 and Sub Inspector BP14, two posts each of Assistant Sub Inspector BP9 and Head Constable BP7 and 20 posts of constable BP5. It merits a mention here that the said police post covers 41 villages with total population of approximately two lacs.

The need for up grading the post to full fledge police station was direly felt in order to maintain law and order, control crimes and fulfil needs of the people. Baizai Police station will help control of crime in the area, and protection to life and property of the people.
