QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minster Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said steps would be taken for the security to life and property of people during Muharramul Haram. His government is determined to maintain solidarity among all segments of society and to provide them security. All resources were being mobilized for this purpose.

He expressed these views while chairing a high level meeting here Monday. Provincial Ministers Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal and Sardar Mustafa Tareen, Deputy Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, Chief Secretary Babar Yaqoob Fateh Muhammad, IG Balochistan Police, GOC 41 Division, Secretary Home, Commissioner Quetta and others attended.

Chief Minister directed law enforcement agencies to coordinate and effective their efforts. He called upon people’s representatives and Ulema from various schools of thought to motioning sectarian harmony, law and order and brotherhood. He said we all have jointly face all challenges we are confronted with today.

Representatives of law enforcement agencies and other concerned officials briefed Chief Minister on measures for maintaining law and order in the province particularly Quetta .

Chief Minister expressed satisfaction over these arrangements and directed officials to mobilize all resources for security and safety of common man and law and order during Muharram.
