Conviction in bogus cheque case

Khairpur: A local court convicted accused for two years jail and fine Rs20000 in bogus cheque case on Thursday.

According to details, 1st Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Khairpur Rajesh Chander Rajput announced the judgment and awarded two years imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs20000 to accused Rab Nawaz Chandio s/o Manik Chandio and sent him to Central Jail Khairpur.

The accused was alleged that he given a cheque of Rs 20000/- to complainant Ghulam Muhammad Chandio which dishonoured.
