District: Govt. Girls Primary School lacks teachers

Sialkot: There was no teacher for as many as 180 innocent girl students in Govt. Girls Primary School Malooka, Sialkot tehsil for the last several months, due to which the students were suffering from great educational loss in said “teacher less school”.

According to the details, there had been no teachers in this school since long, some month ago the concerned officials of Sialkot educational department had appointed a female teacher to continue the teaching process there. Some months ago, the teacher had also left this school due to some unknown reasons. Since then , there was no teacher in this school to teach all the 180 students there.

Sumbal, a fifth class student of this school, often become a teacher there to teach the said students. When contacted, the Sialkot EDO Education Riaz Ahmed Sohi assured to take early notice of the situation, in this regard.

Local notable including Naseem Ahmed Ghumman former Nazim UC Rorars, Muhammad Anwar Pehalwan former councillor , Muhammad Suleman, Muhammad Farooq, Abid Hussain, Arif Ahmed, Muhammad Aslam, Nadeem Hussain, Muhammad Azam, Muhammad Nadeem, Ali Asghar and Muhammad Arshad have expressed grave concern over this nasty situation. They have urged the Sialkot DCO Iftikhar Ali Sahu to ensure the early appointment of the teachers in the said teacher less school.
