Ehsan Iqbal pledges to raise literacy rate in Narowal

Sialkot: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ch. Ehsan Iqbal has pledged to make all out sincere efforts for raising the literacy rate in Narowal, besides curbing the menace of its backwardness of this region through the promotion of quality education in stipulate period of coming next few years.

Addressing an inaugural ceremony of a local private college at Narowal he said that the PML-N government would encourage the promotion quality education opportunities to the students with a sole aim to provide the higher education at local level here.

He told participants that he had got regular start of the postgraduate classes in local government degree colleges for boys and girls, establishment of Narowal Campus of IT University and up gradation of more than 100 different government schools in Narowal district, paving the way of promotion of quality education in this district.
