Four hurt in Lyari hand grenade attack

Karachi: Four people were injured in a hand grenade attack in Lyari Town on Wednesday.
Two unidentified armed men hurled a hand grenade on a buffalo pen in Hangorabad area of Lyari in the limit of Kalri Police Station.

Resultantly, four men including Irfan, Aslam, Ali and Zakir sustained injuries. They were rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi. The attackers manage to flee in cover of firing.

Police said two armed men on bike lobbed the hand grenade and fled. The police registered FIR and began probe. Sources said miscreants attacked due to e non-payment of extortion money.
