Four persons of a family killed in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi: Four persons of a family were killed in Gulistan Colony of Rawalpindi on Tuesday morning. Police have recovered the bodies from their house.

Those killed include retired Brigadier Sikandar Malik‚ his wife and two daughters. According to the initial report, unidentified persons broke into the house of Brigadier (retd) Sikandar Malik and shot all residents dead while they were asleep. Police said that murderers shot three fires each at all persons they killed. The dead bodies have been sent to CMH for postmortem.

Sikandar Malik’s son is the only person survived in his family as he was not at home when the incident took place. Investigations are underway and police has called the forensic lab to take finger prints from the scene.
