RATODERO: Over fifty potential cadidates were not allowed by the officials posted at the examination center established at the Government Boys Degree College in Sukkur who came from farflung areas of various districts to appear in the test for the posts of Assistant Director BS17 and others.

Federal Public Service Commission FPSC advertised various posts in December 2012 and the candidates started receiving letters three to four days before at their respective addresses. The candidates complained PPI that the man posted at the main entrance was begged to allow them as late coming will certianly damage their career and they would not be able to solve all the questions but they all were refused which included female candidates as well.

The candidates said that they came from Larkana & Sukkur Division districts including Naushehro Feroze, Larkana, QambarShahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Ghotki, Kashmore, Nawabshah and other farflung districts, hence, they were bound to be late due to transportation and other related problems and could not arrive on time at 9.00am sharp.

The affected candidates have demanded of the FPSC Chairman and other related federal government authorities to established centers in all the districts of Sindh Province so that they may not suffer from such incidents in future.

They also urged the authorities and the Chairman FPSC to rehold the examination so that the left over candidates may appear and be able to earn livelihood as they have been preparing for the test for the last six months when the advertisement was published. They also urged to replace the man posted at the entrance of Sukkur Center and holding of enquiry against him.
