Health minister visits Sindh police hospital

KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Health, Syed Awais Muzaffar, on Wednesday visited Sindh Police Hospital Garden Karachi.

He was accompanied by Sindh health department’s senior officials, and AIG Karachi Ghulam Qadir Thebo. The provincial minister reviewed the cleanliness arrangements of the hospital and expressed satisfaction.

He also hailed the healthcare services being provided at the hospital owing to the efforts by Medical Superintendent Dr Younus Chachar.

The minister said that if there was need of doctors, paramedical staff, advanced machinery or modern equipment, then recommendations should be sent to him in this regard.

He said that police officials and personnel are performing important duties of safeguarding lives and properties of people, therefore, health facilities should also be provided to their families and children.
