Karachi: Sindh chief secretary Muhammad Ijaz Chaudhry has advised the provincial secretary health and commissioner Karachi to facilitate the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC)in anti-dengue/ malaria campaign to protect people from the diseases.
Presiding over a meeting here Wednesday, he said all-out efforts should be taken to prevent diseases including dengue and negleria.
Health secretary Inamullah Dharijo ensured that within next 72 hours 1000 bed nets would be provided to the hospitals running anti-dengue units.
Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui said efforts are being taken to fight diseases including dengue, malaria and negleria.
The meeting was also attended by the senior officers of KMC, KPT, Cantt Board and health department.
