Hot, dry weather expected

Islamabad: According to met office mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

However‚ isolated dust thunderstorm rain is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa‚ Islamabad‚ Rawalpindi‚ Upper Punjab‚ Sargodha‚ Lahore‚ Gujranwala‚ and Sahiwal Divisions‚ Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. The highest temperature of 45 degree centigrade was recorded in Shaheed Benazirabad and 43 in Sukkur‚ Padidan and Mithi.

The maximum temperature of some major cities: Islamabad and Muzaffarabad 32 degree centigrade‚ Lahore and Karachi 37‚ Peshawar 33‚ Quetta 27‚ Murree 21 and Gilgit 30 degree centigrade.
