I am ready to brief NA about government performance: Malik

Islamabad: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that he was ready to brief the National Assembly NA about five year performance of the Government in respect of law and order situation.

Talking to media persons outside the parliament house he said that present Government is completing its five year term but there is not a single political prisoner in the country. Minister said that there is need to meet the challenge of terrorism with complete unity.

He regretted that despite frequent requests the Punjab Government has not taken action against Lashkare Jhangvi which is involved in spoiling situation in Quetta and Karachi.

Rehman Malik contradicted a media report that he was defaulter of electricity bill and said he would be taking legal action against the said section of media.
