Imran asks supporters to take part in bye polls without fear

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf PTI Chairman Imran Khan visited Indus Hospital while observing situation in NA254 constituency on Sunday.

Talking to media, Imran Khan acknowledged the courage of hospital’s administration and donors for making free-of-cost medical treatment possible for the poor. He said, “Karachi is the economical hub which gives 70% of the total revenue of the Pakistan. Karachi had been a center of labour and democratic movements in the past.

People of Karachi had contributed a lot to the movements for democracy but unfortunately, for the past two decades, they have been suffering from the fire blazed by lawlessness, target killing, activities of extortionists and racism. This had also affected the economical activities of the city.” During the visit, Imran Khan was accompanied by several party members including PTI Central Deputy Secretary General Imran Ismail, PTI leader Naeem Sheikh, PTI Senior Leader Faisal Vawda and Raja Azher.

Imran Khan said, “People of Karachi participated in 11th May general elections to show yet again that they are in favour of democracy. They flayed the criminal forces and stood by PTI for which we are grateful. “I am confident that people of Karachi, especially the residents of NA254 Korangi and PS103 North Nazimabad would show up again with the same enthusiasm to support the real change.” PTI Chairman Imran Khan appealed to party members and devotees to take part in by-elections without any fear so as to defeat the experts of bogus votes and make Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf succeed.
