Indian film director visits Sialkot

SIALKOT: Indian film director Gotam Kumar Thursday spent a busy day in Sialkot while refreshing the pre-partition memories of his family , after remaining successfully in locating the native house his foreheads in Sialkot here .

Gotam Kumar, the uncle of Indian film star Hritik Roshan, reached Sialkot Wednesday with Pakistani film producer and director Syed Noor in search of his native house in Sialkot, which his foreheads had left in Sialkot after the partition of Indo-Pak Sub Continent.

Talking to the newsmen at Sialkot, he said that he was very happing after finding the said ancient native house of his foreheads, which was located along the DC Road Sialkot city.

He recalled his pre-partition memories and also exchanged gifts with the local people, saying that he was very happy to be in Sialkot city after seeing his ancient home here. He said that the people of Pakistan are the peace-loving people.

He said that people of both of the nuclear neighbours Pakistan and India wanted durable peace in the region, saying that the both sides should continue the ongoing peace process, in this regard…
